A QR (Quick Response) code is a two-dimensional barcode that stores data in a grid of black and white squares. When scanned with a smartphone camera, the encoded data — typically a URL, text, contact info, or WiFi credentials — is instantly decoded. QR codes can store up to about 4,000 characters and include built-in error correction.
QR codes bridge the physical and digital worlds. Use them on business cards to link to your portfolio, on product packaging to link to instructions, on event flyers for ticket registration, on restaurant tables for digital menus, or in presentations for audience participation links. They're fast, reliable, and universally scannable.
Enter your text, URL, or data and Convertful generates a QR code image using the qrcode.js library. You can download the result as a PNG file. The generation happens entirely in your browser — no server call is made. The QR code uses a high error correction level to remain scannable even if partially obscured.
